ACRYL-X

ACRYL-X 1000 is a non-toxic aqueous solution of multifunctional acrylic monomers. The resin gels in a few seconds to a few minutes when an activator/initiator is added just before use. The final product is a soft and tacky crosslinked gel. In wet, or dry conditions, the volume of the gel increases, or decreases, in a reversible and waterproofing manner.

Designed For
- Grouting joints or stopping water leaks in concrete structures which are subject to movement or settlement.
- Specifically developed for injection of fine and ultra fine cracks and construction joints (smaller than ± 0,5mm).
- Stopping water leaks thought the joints between tunnel segments.
- Tunnel segment curtain injections
- Injection of the LPDE or HDPE membrane in tunnel constructions.
